Managing your open house settings is now easier than ever. Follow these steps to edit an open house, set or edit the connected survey, assign an incentive, view your feedback entries, and access the live survey link.
How to Edit an Open House:
- Sign In: Log in to your RateMyOpenHouse.com account.
- Navigate to Open Houses: Go to the “Open Houses” page from your dashboard.
- Select Open House: Find the open house you want to edit.
- Access Edit Page: Click the arrow next to the open house to open the edit page.
- Edit Settings: On the edit page, you will find all the open house settings including:
- Connected Survey: Set or edit the feedback survey connected to this open house.
- Assign Incentive: Assign or update the incentive for visitors.
- View Feedback Entries: Access and review the feedback entries from your visitors.
- Live Survey Link: View the live link to the survey.

- Custom Surveys: Make sure your survey is tailored to gather the most valuable insights.
- Incentives: Offering incentives can encourage visitors to leave more accurate contact info.
