Exporting your new open house leads into your desired CRM is simple with our export tools. Follow these steps to export leads from a specific open house:

Step 1: Sign In to Your Account

1. Visit RateMyOpenHouse.com: Open your web browser and go to RateMyOpenHouse.com.
2. Log In: Enter your login credentials and sign in to your account.

Step 2: Navigate to the “Open Houses” Section

1. Access Open Houses: From the main menu, navigate to the “Open Houses” section of your account.

Step 3: Select the Desired Open House

1. Find the Open House: Locate the open house from which you want to export leads.
2. Click “More”: Click the “More” link next to the open house listing.

Step 4: Export Leads

1. Access Feedback Section: In the “Feedback” section, click on the number that indicates the amount of leads/feedback generated.
2. Click “Export to CRM”: Click the “Export to CRM” button.
3. Receive Export Email: An email will be sent to your account email with an attached .CSV file containing the leads.
4. Selected Template: The leads will be exported using the template you selected in your profile settings, ensuring the data is formatted according to your preferences.
