- Submit a Form: Each time a visitor submits a form linked to an incentive, you will receive a text message notification.
- Click the Link: The text message will contain a link. Click on this link to proceed to the confirmation page.
Step 2: Access the Confirmation Page
- Open the Link: The link in the text message will take you to a page where you can manage the incentive.
- View Available Balance: On this page, you will see your available balance and the status of the gift card for the visitor.
Step 3: Confirm the Incentive
- Check Gift Card Status: The page will display the status of the visitor’s gift card, indicating whether it is “Pending Agent Confirmation” or “Transmitted”.
- Confirm the Incentive: If the status is “Pending Agent Confirmation”, you can confirm the incentive. Click on the “Confirm” button to proceed.
- Prevent Duplicate Confirmations: The system will not allow you to confirm the incentive more than once. Once confirmed, the incentive will be sent to the guest shortly after.
